What are you doing to move beyond diversity to inclusion? SHRM provides training and materials to assist with strategic HRM planning. Equity in the workplace - especially in a workplace that may be remote as well as centralized - was addressed by WBU SHRM leaders in a presentation by student representatives to ASHRM in December 2020.
